No Exchange or Refund Policy
At Dilivina, exchanges and refunds are not allowed once the delivery is completed. Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us for any concerns before the delivery person leaves. 

 

Shipping Within Egypt:

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4 business days.

Shipping Partner: We collaborate with reliable local couriers to ensure timely deliveries.


International Shipping:

Delivery Time: International orders are shipped via Aramex and usually arrive within 5 business days.

Shipping Partner: Aramex provides international door-to-door deliveries within 2-3 days. 


Pre-Order Items:

Processing Time: Pre-order bags are meticulously handcrafted upon order and require up to 2 weeks for production.

Shipping Time: Once completed, shipping times align with the aforementioned domestic and international delivery schedules.

Additional Information:

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
